Leadership Team
The experienced officials and administrators leading NWOA's mission to elevate wrestling officiating nationwide.
Titus L. Godbolt’s journey through the world of wrestling has been as dynamic as the sport itself. It all began in the hallowed halls of Pemberton Twp HS, where he first donned his singlet and stepped onto the mat. His passion for the sport only intensified as he continued to wrestle at the University of Nebraska at Omaha (UNO), honing his skills and pushing his limits.
The call of competition led him beyond American shores to Germany, where he embraced the challenge of freestyle wrestling. In the rings of Germany, Titus found not just opponents, but a deeper connection to the essence of wrestling itself. However, life took an unexpected turn, leading Titus to take a hiatus from the sport he loved dearly. During this time, he delved into personal development, exploring facets of himself beyond the wrestling mat. Yet, the magnetic pull of wrestling proved too strong to resist. Titus made a triumphant return to the wrestling scene, competing in the MAWA with unwavering determination. However, as fate would have it, his biggest supporter and toughest critic, his wife, intervened. Despite her encouragement for him to continue, she eventually made him step back from active competition.

But where one door closed, another opened. Titus decided to channel his passion for wrestling in a new direction. With a striped shirt and whistle in hand, he entered the officiated world of wrestling. This transition marked the beginning of a new chapter in his wrestling journey. As an official, Titus has found a way to stay deeply connected to the sport he loves. Guiding and shaping matches, he brings his years of experience and profound understanding of wrestling to each bout he officiates. It’s been a remarkable journey for Titus L. Godbolt, from the intensity of competition to the nuanced world of officiating—a journey marked by passion, perseverance, and a love for the sport that knows no bounds.

Growing up in Oklahoma, Aaron Moro developed a deep appreciation for the sport of wrestling and the values it instills—discipline, integrity, and continuous improvement. Today, that passion extends beyond the mat into a commitment to advancing the profession of officiating at every level.
A dedicated family man, Aaron and his wife are proud parents of two sons who have both competed in wrestling, further strengthening his connection to the sport and its community. His officiating journey began at the youth level and, through hard work and dedication, has progressed to the collegiate ranks, where he has now completed four years of officiating. Along the way, he has gained experience across every level of competition, giving him a well-rounded perspective on the needs and challenges officials face.
Now based in Cleveland, have lived and officiated in multiple states since his upbringing in Oklahoma. This experience has provided him with a unique and valuable understanding of how different state associations operate, broadening his perspective and enhancing his ability to connect with officials from across the country.
I credit much of my growth and success to the mentors who have guided him throughout his career—relationships he continues to value today. However, he also recognized a common challenge within the officiating community: finding the right mentors who have the time and ability to invest in others. This realization played a key role in why he joined the National Wrestling Officials Association, an organization built to connect officials with meaningful mentorship and development opportunities, helping them reach the level they aspire to.
As the Coordinator of the Association, he is dedicated to ensuring that every member gains value from their experience. He oversees assigning responsibilities while working to provide officials with the resources, connections, and support they need to grow and succeed.
